The Thai construction industry is undergoing a structural shift towards greener practices and higher building standards. Producing advanced AAC products requires absolute precision to prevent mechanical damage and ensure flawless surface quality. To meet these stringent market expectations, an AAC producer from Thailand adopted Keda Suremaker’s holistic autoclaved aerated concrete plant solution. Now, the facility has successfully transitioned out of the commissioning phase and is running exceptionally stably, continuously delivering premium high-precision AAC blocks with outstanding efficiency.

Advancing the science of green cake separation
A key factor in this plant's stable output of premium products is the resolution of a persistent industry challenge: the bonding of green cake during autoclaving. Separating finished products after autoclaving ("white cake separation") may result in damage. Keda Suremaker has continuously refined green cake separation solutions – separating the semi-finished products before hydration reactions occur – making it the ideal solution to ensure very high dimensional accuracy for AAC products.
This new facility perfectly integrates Keda´s self-engineered, next-generation green cake separation machine, introducing key engineering upgrades to the global market.
Keda´s world's first Intelligent Dual-Sided Green Cake Separation
As the first production line globally to implement this technology, the newly upgraded equipment features servo motor-driven operation, ensuring high precision and smooth action. The machine's gripper heads automatically adjust to the preset splitting thickness, and the dual-sided grippers synchronize their actions to split the entire green body in one go, significantly boosting production efficiency.

By executing vertical cutting – green cake separation – flat cake autoclaving workflow, the risk of post-autoclave sticking can be completely avoided.

Flexible and seamless integration
Equipped with quick-change grippers designed to adapt to different AAC product sizes, the green cake separating machine allows for maximum flexibility. The intelligent control systems ensure the separating rhythm syncs with the rest of the highly automated production line.

A four-stage roadmap to stable operation

Stage 1 – Planning and design: Keda Suremaker collaborated closely with the client to analyze local raw materials, customize the layout, and conduct a rigorous feasibility study.
Stage 2 – Production and logistics: All core equipment, including the initially launched Dual-Sided Green Cake Separation Machine, underwent strict ex-factory commissioning.
Stage 3 – On-site installation and commissioning: Keda´s expert team worked seamlessly with the local crew for precise installation and process optimization.
Stage 4 – After-sales service: Today, the project is firmly in Stage 4. Supported by comprehensive operator training and continuous lifecycle service, the plant is achieving its current stable, continuous output.
